Qualifications
Certified Residential/General Appraiser designation is essential.
Experience appraising a broad range of property types required.
High School Diploma/GED is mandatory; a college degree is preferable.
Responsibilities
Provide Desktop and Field appraisal reports according to client requirements.
Provide quality Review Appraisals and handle Quality Control escalations.
Perform quality control reviews on complex valuation reports.
Experience appraising a broad range of property types
Sufficient computer skills to develop appraisal reports
Proficiency in Microsoft software products
Ability to work independently
Commitment to development of quality appraisal products
Interest in appraisal innovation and integrity
Education
High School Diploma/GED required; College degree preferred
