ServiceLink IP Holding Company, LLC is seeking an experienced, Certified appraiser in Houston, TX to join our Staff Appraiser team. The role involves desktop and field appraisal work with quality control reviews, aligned to client-driven timelines and high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Certification (Residential or General) required.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience appraising a broad range of property types.
• Attention to detail and excellent customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Prior valuation experience with a major lender or AMC preferred.
• Advanced designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete desktop and field appraisal assignments in a timely manner.
• Perform quality control reviews on valuation reports.
• Coordinate with field appraisers to resolve complex revisions.
• Adhere to USPAP, FNMA, and state regulations.
• Maintain licensure and attend CEU courses.
• Uphold ServiceLink quality standards in report delivery.
• Provide timely web updates to clients.
• Represent the company professionally on site visits.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
