Responsibilities

• General Ledger & Accounting: Prepare and post routine and complex journal entries. Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts regularly.
• Month-End & Year-End Close: Run reports, calculate accruals, track prepaid expenses, and ensure timely reporting.
• Account Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations; investigate discrepancies.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable Support: Assist with billing, payment processing, expense report audits, and inquiries.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in drafting monthly financial statements and variance analysis against budgets.
