Novogradac & Company LLP is offering a paid Staff Accountant Intern program for the busy season 2027 (Jan 2027–Mar 2027). Interns will gain hands-on experience across audit, tax preparation, and research at a growing national CPA firm, with potential remote or hybrid arrangements based on business needs.

Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's in accounting/finance with a GPA of 3.2+ and be on track to CPA eligibility; strong communication and MS Office skills are essential for success in a

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; degree is a plus.
• GPA of 3.20 or higher is preferred.
• Prefer completion of at least one Intermediate Accounting course; CPA exam readiness helpful.

Responsibilities

• Complete tax and/or audit engagements for designated clients as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
• Identify and communicate potential problem areas during engagements.
• Conduct business-specific research, gather data, interpret results, compile reports, and make recommendations to principals/partners.
• Develop client relationships through professionalism and follow-through.
• Assist with other duties and projects as assigned.
