BeyondTrust is building a new cross-product Site Reliability Engineering team that will operate AWS GovCloud environments and bring BeyondTrust products into FedRAMP authorization. The team owns reliability, change control, and continuous-compliance machinery so product feature teams can focus on delivery.

This is an engineering team that builds automation; hands-on work is limited and aimed at eliminating toil.

Formación

• Ibuilde and operate AWS GovCloud environments with multi-account structure, guardrails, logging and security tooling.
• Deploy IaC-native provisioning using Terraform for GovCloud fleets.
• Manage release and update machinery for cloud fleets with secure, staged rollouts.
• Develop continuous‑compliance evidence pipeline for FedRAMP indicators.

Responsabilidades

• Instrument production with telemetry, SLOs, dashboards and alerting that the team and product engineering actually own and act on.
• Consolidate CI/CD pipelines for build, signing, artifact management, quality gates, and security scanning instead of per-team reinvention.
• Participate in on-call for the GovCloud estate, with the explicit expectation that recurring incident causes get engineered away.
• Build and operate automation to reduce toil and improve security posture.
