Job summary

BeyondTrust is seeking an SRE Manager to lead a cross-product SRE team, standing up AWS GovCloud environments for FedRAMP authorization and delivering automation for continuous compliance. The role combines hands-on engineering with people management, ensuring the team owns operations while supporting product feature delivery.

Qualifications

• Staff-level technical depth with hands-on Terraform and incident response experience.
• Experience leading DevOps/SRE teams and delivering reliable operational systems.
• Proven ability to review pipelines, architecture proposals, and automate migrations across cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• GovCloud build and FedRAMP delivery for new product environments.
• Own continuous-compliance evidence pipeline and FedRAMP monitoring obligations.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, release machinery, and cost visibility for GovCloud accounts.
• Lead production change governance, release/upgrade processes, and incident reviews.
• Manage intake/prioritization for operational work and ensure team capacity.
• Lead a team of DevOps, SRE, and security automation engineers; partner on hiring and design.
