• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changes in workflow while meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience presenting to groups and training others
• Proven ability to build training programs from the ground up
• Intermediate skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills preferred
• Passion for learning and teaching others
