Responsibilities
  • Evaluate best practices in the region and develop standardization plans for training materials and procedures
  • Collaborate with technicians and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to conduct training and operational audits
  • Lead initiatives aimed at process improvement and quality enhancement
  • Maintain and develop a comprehensive catalog of technical training materials on Power Systems topics
  • Act as a liaison with technical schools and participate in recruiting fairs and curriculum development
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and at least 8 years of relevant field experience
  • NETA level 3 or 4 certification required (or equivalent certification recognized by an industry organization)
  • Proven expertise in common Power Systems topics and experience with the NFPA70E Standard
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Willingness to travel regularly within designated territory
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience presenting to groups and training others
  • Passion for learning and teaching
  • Proven experience in building training programs from the ground up
  • Intermediate skill level with PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Excel
