As an Insurance Defense Attorney, your role includes:

• Providing legal advice on liability issues
• Developing defense strategies

• Conducting legal research
• Drafting legal documents

• Keeping clients informed
• Staying current with laws and trends

Qualifications
Candidates should have:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• At least 8 years of insurance defense experience, focusing on liability law
• License to practice law in Florida
• Proven success in defending insurance cases
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills
• High ethical standards
• Ability to work independently remotely
• Proficiency with legal research tools
• 8+ years First Chair experience in 3rd party insurance defense cases
• Background in General Liability, Product Liability, Commercial Auto Claims, Toxic Torts
