Halstead Media seeks a skilled Squarespace Website Designer & Graphic Designer to shape brand visuals for a diverse client roster. You’ll lead design from concept through delivery, balancing UX clarity with compelling aesthetics, and ensuring brand stories resonate across web and marketing assets.

Qualifications

• Extensive Squarespace website design experience required.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, and Figma.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript; implementing custom code within Squarespace.
• Strong understanding of design principles: spacing, typography, hierarchy, and usability.
• Ability to research and apply relevant design trends.
• Nice to Have: Short-form video editing for social content.

Responsibilities

• Shape the visual expression of client brands from strategy through delivery.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Copy, and SEO Managers to translate goals into intuitive website experiences.
• Design websites in Squarespace using strong design principles and platform best practices.
• Create visuals, layouts, and graphics that are cohesive and on-brand.
• Update and refine websites based on scope, feedback, and evolving direction.
• Deliver polished creative on time with enterprise-grade quality.
• Communicate with internal teams to maintain clarity and momentum.
