Qualifications
- 10 years of SQL Server DBA experience.
- Experience with upgrade and migration from various versions.
- Proficient in Failover Clustering and Always On technologies, replication.
Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading SQL Server databases.
- Configuring high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
- Developing and maintaining database standards, policies, and procedures.
- Developing and implementing data security measures.
- Developing and maintaining database access and permissions.
- Developing and managing backup and recovery plans.
- Troubleshooting and resolving database performance issues.
- Monitoring and tuning database performance.
- Proactively addressing database issues.
- Developing and maintaining database documentation.
- Collaborating with developers to design and implement SQL Server databases.
