The Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) seeks a Business/Systems Analyst to join our Data Management Program. You will contribute to data integration and reporting initiatives, focusing on source-to-target mapping and robust SQL development in a collaborative, agile setting.

You will gather requirements, write user stories, translate business needs into technical specs, and perform root cause analysis on complex datasets to identify patterns and insights.

Qualifications

• SQL proficiency is required and must be used for data tasks.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical staff to design data integrations.
• Create and maintain S2T documentation (5+ years).
• Develop complex SQL queries (5+ years).
• Gather requirements and write user stories (5+ years).
• Translate business requirements into technical specs (5+ years).
• Perform root cause analysis and data analysis on complex datasets (5+ years).
• Plan and execute testing and UAT with stakeholders (2+ years).
