Evergreen Strategy Group seeks interns to support research and writing for Spring 2027. This fully remote internship offers hands-on policy research, messaging, and campaign support for climate, voting rights, and social issues.

Ideal candidates are highly motivated, collaborative, detail-oriented, and prepared for 15+ hours per week in a continental U.S. time zone. Interns gain mentorship and networking opportunities through virtual events with policy professionals.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled as a Junior, Senior, or Master’s student, or within six months of graduation.
• Minimum 2+ relevant internship or volunteer experiences.
• Interest in public policy, progressive electoral politics, social justice, corporate purpose, or related fields.
• Excellent writing and research skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work flexibly in a virtual environment.
• U.S. work authorization required (no visa sponsorship).

Mansioni

• Collect and synthesize background material on legislation and policy developments across issue areas.
• Research potential clients, reporters, outlets, and current events to inform strategy.
• Contribute research to inform messaging, policy memos, and other written products.
• Assemble press relations materials, including pitch notes, press lists, press releases, and media trackers.
• Create written products supporting communications and media outreach efforts.
• Take the first pass on briefs, one-pagers, and memos per project availability.
• Support outlining and drafting op-eds, speeches, and other written products on substantive political issues.
