Protection United seeks a Social Media Coordinator to run the X presence for our football clients, delivering real-time game coverage and timely posts. You’ll craft copy in the brand voice and manage a content calendar around the sports schedule, while tracking impressions, engagement, and follower growth.

You’ll coordinate with athletes or reps for approvals, flag risks before posting, and work flexible hours around game times in a remote, growth-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years managing social accounts, ideally in sports or entertainment
• Deep knowledge of X: formats, algorithm behavior, spaces, and video
• Strong writing: concise, funny when appropriate, and accurate
• Comfort working nights, weekends, and holidays during game coverage
• Solid judgment under pressure: post quickly without mistakes

Responsabilités

• Post, reply, and engage on X daily, including live game and event coverage
• Write creative copy in the brand voice for sports content
• Monitor breaking news, trends, and conversations and know when to jump in
• Manage a content calendar around sports schedules for clients
• Track performance (impressions, engagement, follower growth, clicks) and report on what's working
• Flag and elevate risks before posting
• Coordinate with athletes or reps on approvals and content needs when applicable
