ESPN, as part of the Disney Entertainment team, offers a remote Social Media Internship. The program runs from September 22 through December 12, 2025 and pays $22/hour with select benefits.

You will assist with social coverage across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X and Facebook, ideate and optimize posts, edit video and graphics, apply news judgment, and contribute to analytics reports. This internship requires college enrollment, unrestricted work authorization, and a reliable 40-hour weekly

Qualifications

Enrolled in a college/university
Strong writing and copyediting skills
Elite knowledge of social media platforms
Familiarity with ESPN shows and digital products
Experience with video/photo editing software

Responsibilities

Assist with social media coverage across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X and Facebook.
Ideate and optimize posts for those platforms.
Discover trending/viral content and clear it for posting.
Clip and edit short video moments and create graphics with Photoshop.
Apply news judgment and journalistic standards to important stories of the day.
Assist with compiling social analytics recaps and reports.
Research trends to enhance ESPN channels.
