Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a journalism-focused intern to collaborate across On The Red Carpet and the broader OTV content team in Glendale, CA. You will gain hands-on experience in entertainment journalism, social media strategy, digital video production, and multiplatform distribution.

The internship runs January 2027 through early June 2027, with a 40-hour workweek, requiring full availability weekdays and housing in the Glendale area.

Qualifications

• Experience using social media platforms to post and create content.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Major or coursework in Film & Television or related field.
• Experience working in collaborative environments and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and help shoot content for On The Red Carpet's digital and social platforms.
• Research and assist in coverage for OTV special events.
• Generate exciting concepts with production team for linear, digital and social coverage.
• Write articles, create video content, and publish to OnTheRedCarpet.com.
