Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a Coordinator to build and run sports programs with the urgency, resourcefulness and accountability of a founder. You will own the process from planning through execution, sales, customer experience and growth, working primarily remote in Latin America and the Caribbean with hours in Toronto/Eastern time.

The role emphasizes high growth, performance-based bonuses, and progression to Manager after probation and six-month review.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Based in Latin America or the Caribbean with ability to coordinate remotely.

Responsibilities

• Plan demand, budgets, timelines, venues, permits and staffing.
• Follow up with players and captains to convert inquiries into registrations.
• Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment; ensure readiness before games.
• Build partnerships, campaigns, and identify opportunities for new programs/locations.
• Own player communications, handle complaints and restore confidence when issues arise.
• Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress and improvements.
