Job summary

Optima Financial Solutions is seeking a part-time online English instructor to conduct live classes for diverse age groups. You will manage online batches, deliver engaging sessions, and tailor lesson plans to individual learning needs in a fully remote setup.

You will assess grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation, provide feedback, track progress, and coordinate with the academic team to maintain high teaching quality.

Qualifications

• Excellent English language proficiency including grammar and pronunciation.
• Graduates or postgraduates in English or Education preferred.
• Experience in spoken English training or online teaching is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent English skills are welcome.
• Ability to engage online students across backgrounds and proficiency levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live online spoken English classes on a part-time basis for students of different ages and levels.
• Handle online batches, ensuring interactive, engaging and effective learning sessions.
• Assess students' grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency and confidence.
• Develop and follow structured lesson plans based on individual needs.
• Help students improve spoken English through conversation practice and activities.
• Monitor attendance, progress and performance throughout the course.
• Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate improvement in language skills.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to overcome challenges.
• Maintain progress reports and share updates with the academic team.
• Support student engagement, retention and completion of the course.
• Coordinate with the academic team to improve teaching quality and outcomes.
