Qualifications

• Fluency in spoken and written English (native or near-native).
• Excellent verbal communication, patience, and listening skills.
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, or other LMS.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage lesson plans.
• A passion for language, education, and cultural exchange.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of online or in-person teaching/tutoring preferred.
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with strong English language skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live online English lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
• Customize lesson plans based on student learning goals, interests, and language level.
• Create an engaging, interactive, and supportive virtual classroom environment.
• Use a variety of digital tools to enhance learning and encourage student participation.
• Provide regular feedback, corrections, and progress updates to students and/or guardians.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development.
• Adapt to different time zones and cultural expectations with sensitivity and flexibility.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development activities as needed.
