Job description

Job Title: Remote Speech Language Pathologist

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Speech Language Pathologist to join their team for the 2025-2026 school year. The role involves the following responsibilities:

1. Communicate effectively with students, parents, administrators, and supervisory staff in oral and written form.
2. Provide consultation to school staff and families regarding speech-language development and its connection to the curriculum.
3. Participate in school-based teams for students with speech-language needs.
4. Demonstrate competency in using formal and informal assessment tools.
5. Identify students appropriate for speech and language services based on individual needs and prescribed guidelines.
6. Complete oral and written reports clearly and concisely, adhering to recommended formats and timelines (e.g., assessment reports, quarterly progress reports).
7. Develop and implement goals for IEPs, IFSPs, and Service Plans related to students' documented needs.
8. Implement research-based intervention techniques, differentiated instructional strategies, and assistive technology.
9. Maintain accurate student records and therapy logs with relevant data to track progress.
10. Complete Third Party billing accurately within mandated timelines.
11. Participate in ongoing professional development.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Speech-Language Pathology License from the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) or willingness to obtain one.
• Willingness to travel to MD for fingerprinting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with children and adolescents.

Additional Details:

• School year runs through June 2026.
• Pay rate: $48.00/hr - $65.00/hr.
