Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy is seeking a Specialty Provider Liaison to educate health care providers on prior authorization criteria and ensure documentation supports plan requirements. The role acts as a single point of contact to coordinate with internal teams and external providers to improve patient outcomes.

The candidate will monitor documentation, promote patient adherence, and collaborate across disease programs while delivering high-quality clinical support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Demonstrated competence in community health or patient care setting with direct patient care for 1–3 years.
• Strong organizational skills and thorough knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office and Windows).

Responsibilities

• Educates health care providers regarding prior authorization criteria for prescribed therapies.
• Assesses clinical documentation and aligns it with plan criteria.
• Initiates initiatives to increase patient adherence and optimizes patient care.
• Maintains broad understanding of disease states, products, and clinical programs.
• Collaborates with program team members and external stakeholders.
• Documents cases accurately using call management software.
