Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy seeks a dedicated RN to support health care providers with prior authorization processes and documentation. You will coordinate alignment with plan criteria, monitor patient adherence, and collaborate across teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing; RN licensed.
• 1-3 years direct patient care in community health or clinic setting.
• Strong organizational skills; proficient with computers (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Educate health care providers on prior authorization criteria for prescribed therapies.
• Assess clinical documentation and align with plan criteria.
• Initiate programs to increase patient adherence and optimize care.
• Demonstrate judgment to make independent clinical decisions.
• Document cases accurately in call management systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure care quality.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal/external clients and patients.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
