From Day One, Inc. is seeking a Speaker Booking Specialist to research, contact, and secure editorial speaker bookings for upcoming events. You will track progress toward goals, pitch speakers, and manage the preparation workflow.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a business-writing capability, with a mostly remote setup and periodic travel to conferences nationwide.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years professional experience in a related role.
• Basic knowledge of business software such as MS Office products, Google For Business, or similar.
• Skill and experience with writing in a business context
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• A 4-year college/university degree
