Job summary

PandaTree is seeking native-fluency Spanish-speaking tutors to provide one-on-one and small group online tutoring for children. This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours, ideal for those who want to work from home.

Expect 15–30 hours per week, selecting your own schedule, and commitment of 9+ months. Tutors use PandaTree's videoconference platform and engaging content, earn $18–$24 per hour, and are paid biweekly.

Qualifications

• Must be a native Spanish speaker.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD focused on education or language.
• At least 2 years teaching or child-facing experience; tutoring experience preferred.
• Patient, energetic and engaging on video.
• U.S. residency and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Punctual for sessions and committed to 9+ months.
• Available for at least 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online tutoring sessions using PandaTree's platform.
• Help students learn new words and build personalized word lists; write post-lesson notes.
• Each lesson lasts 25 or 50 minutes; 5–15 minutes of prep; sessions may be recorded for review.
