PandaTree is seeking native-fluency Mandarin tutors to provide online one-on-one and small group sessions from home. The position is part-time, offering flexible hours and a pay rate of $18–$24 per hour.

Tutors will conduct lessons between 8 am and 11 pm ET, 7 days a week, and commit to 9+ months with PandaTree. Tutors must have a degree in education or language, strong English skills, and at least two years of experience working with children.

Qualifications

• Articulate, native-fluency Mandarin speaker.
• Strong English speaking and writing skills.
• 2 years of experience teaching or working with children; tutoring experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Help kids improve Mandarin fluency through conversations using PandaTree's platform.
• Maintain a personalized word list and write update notes after lessons.
• Deliver 25 or 50 minute lessons with prep time; lessons may be recorded for quality.
