De Wit Immigration Law, P.A. in Miami, FL is seeking a Spanish-speaking Immigration Associate with 3+ years of U.S.

business immigration experience and outstanding writing skills to join their team in a hybrid or 100% remote role. You will handle a diverse caseload across Ls, Os, EB-5, PERMs, Hs, TNs and federal litigation, and you’ll manage your caseload like your own practice while collaborating with the team and receiving mentorship from the owner.

Qualifications

• Fluent/Proficient in English and Spanish
• 3+ years of U.S. business immigration practice focusing on Os, Ls, Es, EB-1A/Cs, PERMs, Hs, TNs, EB-5s, and federal litigation.
• J.D. and licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Florida preferred)
• A modern firm leveraging AI tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Manage full case lifecycle of Ls, Es, O-1s, EB-5s and PERMs.
• Handle Hs, TNs, and federal litigation as part of a diverse caseload.
• Work collaboratively with team and receive mentorship from the owner.
• Maintain high-quality writing and client communication throughout matters.
