Job summary
BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will assess, design, and oversee treatment plans while supervising behavior technicians and collaborating with caregivers for meaningful progress.
Fluency in English and Spanish is highly valued to support our diverse client population. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling and robust professional support from a dedicated BCBA Success
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
