Job summary

Brave Health is hiring full-time Associate Therapists to join our telehealth team, providing outpatient mental health services entirely remotely from your home.

We offer weekday schedules (Mon-Fri), competitive benefits including PTO and coverage for medical, dental, and vision, and an annual stipend for growth and education. Bilingual Spanish speakers receive additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree and licensure required.
• Must have unrestricted US work authorization (no sponsorship now or in future).
• Home office privacy required for HIPAA compliance.
• English fluency; Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy via telehealth.
• Deliver care consistent with HIPAA and privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with patients to achieve treatment goals.
