Qualifications

• Native fluent in language(s) to teach.
• Four-year college/university degree or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons following Berlitz principles with student-centered approaches.
• Conduct level assessments and needs analyses.
• Teach in-person, offsite locations, or virtually.
• Participate in evaluation and coaching plans with Academic Specialist.
• Complete required training and professional development modules.
• Maintain student pedagogical and attendance records.
• Incorporate learning technology and share teaching resources.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
