Job summary

ContactLink Solutions is seeking a native-level bilingual interpreter for a fully remote role in the United States. The position requires fast, accurate interpretation between Spanish and English and maintaining confidentiality in a quiet home workspace.

Responsibilities include handling calls professionally, mastering industry terminology (notably healthcare), and reporting to the team leader. Immediate start after onboarding and monthly payments are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Based in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of interpretation experience.
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, acting according to the interpreter’s code of conduct.
• Be familiar with industry-specific vocabulary (especially healthcare and medical terminology).
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader.
