Job summary

Propio Language Services is seeking remote Spanish Contract Interpreters to support our OnDemand PropioONE service. We provide consecutive, first-person interpretation across medical, legal, and social services, following client protocols and Propio’s ethics.

Applicants should submit an English resume, complete Propio’s English proficiency assessment, pass a mock oral interpretation, and finish the Medical Terminology and Anatomy and Physiology assessments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of interpreting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides consecutive, first-person interpretation.
• Follows interpreter protocols and procedures as required by Propio L.S. clients.
• Follows all Propio L.S. policies and procedures related to information confidentiality and interpreter ethics.
• Continuously improves vocabulary and specialized subject matter knowledge, as required for various clients, such as medical, legal, social services, etc.
