MicroSourcing International seeks a Senior IT Auditor (SOX) to lead IT-focused audits, strengthen ICFR, and ensure reliable IT controls that support financial reporting. The role emphasizes collaboration with control owners and external auditors to strengthen risk management and IT governance.

The position offers work-from-home arrangements with night shifts, growth opportunities, and a focus on continuous learning in a dynamic outsourcing environment.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in public accounting or internal audit
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred
• Solid understanding of IT systems, controls, ERP, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications
• Proficiency in IT General Controls (ITGCs), automated controls, and key reports supporting financial processes
• Knowledge of COSO and COBIT frameworks, and SOX compliance
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high‑quality work
• High ethical standards, accountability, and professionalism
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders

Mansioni

• Plan, execute, and document IT audits in line with the audit plan
• Support ICFR assessments including IT walkthroughs, control testing, and reporting
• Communicate audit findings and remediation recommendations to management
• Collaborate with control owners and external auditors throughout the audit lifecycle
• Stay current on IT and regulatory developments affecting audits
