Job summary

Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is seeking a proactive Project Manager II – Optimize Sourcing to lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives and support senior solution leaders during a temporary absence. The role blends strategic sourcing, project management and financial oversight across global teams, with data-related sourcing experience a plus.

Located in Atlanta, GA with a preference for hybrid work; remote candidates may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance or a related field.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or category management, including supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, client service and stakeholder management skills across time zones.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and hosting environments, and comfort navigating ambiguity; data-related sourcing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including requirements gathering, RFPs/RFQs, supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Oversee a portfolio of solutions and concurrent projects, coordinating priorities, timelines and communications across stakeholders.
• Serve as a primary contact for senior solution leaders, providing initial guidance and escalating complex issues appropriately.
• Track budgets and financial considerations, using analysis to support sourcing decisions and project delivery.
• Partner with global business and technical teams on infrastructure, hosting and support needs while maintaining security and confidentiality standards.
