EquipmentShare is hiring a Sourcing Category Manager to lead procurement across Construction/Building Products segments. This role is fully remote, based from our headquarters in Columbia, MO, with a focus on driving value through strategic sourcing and vendor management.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in category management within construction/building products, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and a proven ability to mine data for insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Eight or more years of Construction & Building Products category management experience.
• Certifications CPSM, CIPS, or C.P.M. preferred or evidence of ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee sourcing and procurement for Construction/Building Products/Consumables.
• Negotiate best pricing and value for products and services.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contracts development and renewal.
