Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a detail-oriented supply chain professional in Florida to support ROBUST contracts and global sourcing efforts.

You will work with NAA field offices to prepare POs, negotiate pricing, and ensure on-time material deliveries while maintaining service levels. You will analyze supplier performance, identify cost savings, and collaborate with Engineering, Field Operations, and Supplier Quality to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, supply chain, or engineering.
• 1–3 years related experience in a supply chain function or elevator field experience.
• Experience with Global JDE and associated systems (K2).
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Forms, SmartSheet, Teams.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and elevator/escalator specs.
• Cross-functional collaboration with field operations, engineering and supplier quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RFP/RFQ exercises for robust contracts with NAA field offices.
• Present material source and pricing proposals to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare POs for ROBUST systems and sub-systems; ensure supplier compliance.
• Negotiate pricing and manage supplier price confirmations.
• Oversee material logistics, delivery timeliness, inventory levels, and SLAs.
• Monitor centrally sourced material performance vs estimates.
• Collaborate with external supplier groups to resolve supply issues promptly.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Escalate issues timely and maintain quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
• Compile price proposals and financial analyses to support strategy.
