Job summary

Baya Systems is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to lead system design and drive customer engagements across datacenter, automotive, and infrastructure markets. You will work with sales and engineering to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver customized solutions that exceed expectations.

The role requires 10+ years in design or architecture of complex SoCs and strong communication skills to liaise with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing or supporting complex SoCs.
• 5+ years in a solution-architecture or customer-facing technical role preferred.
• Understanding of RAS and reliability for enterprise and infrastructure markets is a plus.
• Understanding of functional safety standards and certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers, colleagues, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for solutions built on Baya technology throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Assist in designing and implementing customized solutions to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Stay current with industry trends and standard methodologies to advise on product development strategies.
• Provide timely resolution to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
