Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Solutions Analyst to partner with stakeholders, drive operational improvements, support solution design, and develop innovative strategies enhancing program performance. This fully remote role collaborates with operations, pricing, and SME input to translate client needs into practical solution components and compelling proposals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience or equivalent combination.
Experience in solution design, business process analysis, proposal development, operational improvement, or consulting for complex programs.
Ability to translate client needs into clear solution components, processes, staffing, narratives, and presentations.
Public-sector/government health and human services experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support Solution Leads by producing analyses, models, forecasts, and documentation for executable solutions.
Maintain models, forecasts, staffing calculations, and analytical tools across pursuits.
Quantify impacts, ROI, and operational implications to support solution development.
Evaluate alternative approaches through structured analysis and scenario modeling.
Document assumptions, data sources, and constraints for solution models.
