Job summary

Delaplex seeks a seasoned US-based Solution Architect – Infor WMS to serve as the primary onsite business and technical authority for enterprise warehouse implementations across North America. You will bridge warehouse strategy, facility workflows, and technical systems engineering.

Based at client sites and corporate HQs, you will lead discovery workshops, re-engineer warehouse processes, and architect the end-to-end ecosystem including Infor CloudSuite WMS, Infor ION, ERP/TMS interfaces, and

Qualifications

• 12+ years in supply chain consulting, with 8+ years on Infor WMS in both functional and technical roles.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field as listed.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% to client sites across the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite discovery workshops, map current-state processes, and author design documents for Infor WMS deployments.
• Architect end-to-end technical ecosystem including Infor CloudSuite WMS, Infor ION, ERP/TMS interfaces, and WCS/MHE integrations.
• Serve as SME during pre-sales and delivery, coordinating with client IT and business stakeholders.
