Qualifications

• Experience with digital/healthcare/enterprise technology environments.
• Proven ability to present to executives and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio strategy aligned with priorities.
• Establish governance, prioritization, investment reviews, and executive reporting.
• Drive portfolio planning, roadmaps, and capacity management.
• Coordinate with business and technology leaders on modernization and investments.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, architecture, and security.
