The Remote Software Engineers will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining two (2) of the client's primary applications being rewritten. The focus areas include event-driven design, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, Kubernetes, React, Elastic search, and either RabbitMQ or Kafka.

a. Technical Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
2. Strong knowledge of the use of design patterns.
3. Spring JPA experience is required.
4. Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
5. Front-end experience utilizing React and/or Angular.
6. Experience with either RabbitMQ or Kafka for message queuing.
7. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
8. Elastic search experience is a plus.

b. Communication Skills:

1. Excellent verbal and communication skills.
2. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, end users, vendor development staff, and all levels of management and judicial personnel as necessary.

c. Problem-Solving Abilities:

1. Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
