Qualifications
- 9+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Experience with cloud-based stack (AWS preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead across disciplines
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and mentor a team of software engineers
- Own career growth and promotion advocacy for engineers
- Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to shape data models and integration decisions
- Facilitate execution of our technical roadmap with data-driven decisions
- Communicate goals to technical architecture and requirements
- Collaborate to satisfy business requirements with scalable, stable, maintainable systems
- Drive progress and unblock the team when boundaries are unclear
