Job Overview: As a Software Engineer (No-Code) at AGT, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our applications to life. Collaborating closely with the development team, project manager, QA, and UX, you will ensure the delivery of top-notch applications that provide the best user experience to our valued customers. We are looking for resourceful problem solvers who can quickly adapt to new technologies and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Role Type: Fully Remote

Requirements:

• Candidates with 1-2 years of personal or professional experience in software development, IT, or relevant technical roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Familiarity with modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus but not required.
• A strong interest in learning and working with no-code/low-code platforms (training will be provided during BootCamp).
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot basic technical issues, with a strong desire to enhance problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members including analysts, developers, configurators, and testers.
• As a remote employee, must have a stable Internet connection, power backup if necessary, and a noise-free environment with a microphone is a huge plus.
• MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH, as this engineer will be working directly with project teams in the USA.

Desired Characteristics:

• Knowledge of technical requirements for human-centric or customer-centric digital experiences is desirable.
• Prior experience or strong interest in no-code/low-code platforms is a plus.
• Experience in the Fintech domain is a plus.
