What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain full stack applications using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Collaborate with client services, business development, and other departments to gather business and technical requirements
- Estimate project efforts and assist in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Mentor junior developers and participate in knowledge sharing within the team
- Uphold coding standards and participate in architectural decisions and code reviews
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in full stack technology development and maintenance (Python, Java, JavaScript, React.js, SQL, Elastic Search)
- Proven experience in performance tuning and code optimization
- Experience delivering multiple medium-sized projects or one large project through the full software development lifecycle
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, particularly with the DOM and browser behavior
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Hands-on experience in UI or frontend development with proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Redux.js
- Familiarity with asynchronous processing and message queues (e.g., ActiveMQ, Kafka)
- Understanding of databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Elastic Search, Redis
- Experience with microservices or service-oriented architectures (SOA)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
