Job summary

Affir is seeking interns to contribute to our engineering team and ship production-grade code during a 12-16 week internship. Interns work on meaningful projects, paired with a dedicated mentor, and participate in end-of-internship presentations to the engineering organization.

Role involves developing and shipping a project, collaborating with a mentor to define scope, and ensuring the project deploys successfully with ongoing feedback and opportunities to attend intern events.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python, C/C++ or Java.
• Frontend experience with WebApps/JavaScript/AngularJS/React.
• Experience with object oriented programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ship a project and verify it works in production.
• Collaborate with mentor and manager to spec a project contributing to the team.
• Ship code and monitor deployment; present work to the engineering org.
