Ladders is seeking a Software Engineer - Healthcare to join a leader in the Business Services space. This role focuses on building scalable, data-driven software in a healthcare-oriented environment, collaborating with Product, Infrastructure, and QA to deliver reliable features and maintain strong engineering practices.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $135,000 – $159,000 annually.

Qualifications

3 years of development experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proficiency in API development and system integration for complex data ecosystems.
Full-stack knowledge of TypeScript, Go, Python, and React.
Strong sense of ownership for deliverables, with a focus on documentation and performance.
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work across Product, Infra, and QA teams.
Commitment to quality through rigorous testing and code maintenance.
Growth mindset with active participation in team troubleshooting, documentation, and related activities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Implement core features for a data marketplace with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
Identify and manage project bottlenecks to support system health and resolve technical challenges.
Provide technical feedback during the product cycle and participate in design reviews.
Conduct peer code reviews and enforce high engineering standards through testing.
Document system interactions and share best practices to drive team excellence.
