Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Software Engineer (Go, Python, TypeScript) for a contract, remote role. You will design and implement code, review samples, generate tests and documentation, and help refine AI training data through code feedback.

The ideal candidate has expert Go, strong Python/TypeScript, excellent written and verbal communication, and familiarity with modern development workflows and code documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Experience performing code reviews and providing actionable feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication of complex technical concepts.
• Familiarity with software architecture, design patterns and modern workflows.
• Interest in AI/ML advancements; direct AI experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement code in Go, Python, TS for AI model training.
• Review sample code and materials, providing detailed feedback.
• Generate code samples, unit tests, and documentation for AI training use cases.
• Identify edge cases, best practices, and common pitfalls in software design.
• Participate in discussions and collaborative reviews to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Refine prompts and queries to evaluate and improve AI-generated code outputs.
