Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Software Engineers to contribute to an AI training project focused on code generation, debugging, feature implementation, refactoring, and performance optimization. You will create realistic coding challenges and reliable test environments to train next-generation AI systems.

Prior AI experience is not required. Remote position with worldwide scope; contractors may work from anywhere with strong backend and language skills across Python, Java, Rust, C++, or TypeScript.

Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in at least one supported language.
• Experience with backend development, APIs, and scalable software systems.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot bugs and improve performance.
• A GitHub profile showcasing relevant open-source contributions, or willingness to complete a technical assessment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop realistic coding challenges for AI models.
• Debug complex software issues and fix defects.
