Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Software Engineer (Data & AI) in Maryland with a remote option to join the Fraud and Prevention Services team. You will contribute to AI-enabled data quality, fraud analytics, and scalable ETL solutions in AWS and Databricks.

The role requires Java and Python development, experience with Snowflake/Databricks, and collaboration with data scientists to deploy ML models. A Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or a Master's with 3+ years is needed, plus Public Trust

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience developing, testing, and supporting ETL processes.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Experience implementing AI workflows and ML deployment in production.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation and integration of AI capabilities to enhance data quality and fraud analytics in Databricks.
• Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize ML models in AWS environments.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL solutions.
• Modernize the ingestion pipeline using Java, Python, and Big Data technologies in AWS.
• Work with core AWS services.
