Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Software Engineering Associate Consultant who graduates December 2026 to Summer 2027 in the United States. You will design and deliver modern solutions across web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise environments while partnering with clients and engineers.

You will gain hands-on client-facing experience through CapTech's Discovery Program and receive mentorship from senior consultants, with ongoing learning opportunities and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be on track to graduate in December 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 with a bachelor's/+1/accelerated masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Project or internship experience in developing software applications and scripts is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills are essential, including both oral and written abilities, to collaborate effectively in team settings and communicate ideas clearly to clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver modern solutions across web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise environments.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing systems using modern engineering practices, including cloud-native architectures, APIs, automation, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Partner closely with clients, designers, product teams, and fellow engineers to solve complex business challenges and create exceptional user experiences.
