R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-native products that transform complex workflows into automated solutions.

You will own end-to-end development of front-end and back-end services, data pipelines, and AI features, delivering tangible business value. You will collaborate with product managers and AI/ML engineers to deploy production-ready systems while maintaining secure, compliant practices.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of software engineering experience building, deploying, and supporting production systems.
• Experience owning features, products, or services throughout the full software lifecycle.
• Designing and troubleshooting scalable, reliable data-driven systems.
• Strong full-stack development practices and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to clean code and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, deploy, and operate frontend apps, backend services, data pipelines, and AI systems.
• Run A/B tests and ship production features tied to business outcomes.
• Partner with product managers to automate manual workflows with AI.
• Work with AI/ML engineers to build AI-native systems using LLMs and models.
• Design and build secure, compliant, reliable systems at scale.
